A. Outlook of GST-Billing Application

Fig 1 shows the outlook of GST-Billing application.

Figure 2 is the tool bar section of the application window.Tool bar consists of 13 keys and each key is having its own functionality:

1.key1 to key4 are designated for navigation between the records.

  • Key1->Used to see the first saved record.
  • Key2->Used to see the previous record.
  • Key3->Used to see the next record.
  • Key4->Used to see the last record.

2.key5 to key8 are the editing tools.

  • Key5->It is New key, which is used for making new record entries.
  • Key6->It is Edit key, which is used for editing the existing records.
  • Key7->It is Delete key, which is used for deleting any saved records.
  • Key8->It is Copy key.When this key is clicked all the field records except the unique field records gets copied and pasted in the new window later the user can make entries in the unique fields.

3.Key9 and key 10 are designated for reports viewing and printing.

  • Key9->It is Preview key, which is used for previewing the reports.
  • Key10->It is Print key, which is used for taking printout of the reports.

4.Key11->It is search key, which is used for searching a perticular record from the list of records.

5.Key12 and key13 are designated for application logout and exit.

  • Key12->It is Logout key, which is used to logout from the application.
  • Key13->It is exit key, which is used to exit from the application.
