What is customer account?

Customer account is used to store the information regarding the customers who made credit based payment.

As shown in the above fig 1. Click on the Master link followed by the Customer account link in the secondary menu that appears after clicking on the Master link.

When the customer account is opened it will display the last saved customer information (fig 2).Click on the new  button provided in the tool bar to enter customer information.Enter the customer name in the ledger code field and again in ledger name field,by default the ledger group will be sundry debtors.Then add the contact details in the fields provided. Square Containing 'A' is used to add new city,state,country.Empty square is used to select the city,state,country if it is already added. Additional information is used to add the customer GST-number.

3. Click on the save button provided in the tool bar to save the above customer information.
