Creating new Role

What is Role master?

Role master is used to create new role which can be assigned to the new user who can operate on the software by assigning permissions to the newly created role.

As shown in fig 1,Click on the security link followed by the role master link in the secondary menu that appears after clicking on the security link.

Enter the role of new user in the roll name field,then click on the save button provided in the tool bar.Now the Assign Rights button gets enabled.

Click on the assign right button to assign rights to the newly created role.It will give you the above window(fig 3).Select the company name on which the newly created role is allowed to operate in the company field.It will list all the menus.Assign permission to the newly created role by putting check mark on the selected menus.The admin can either assign full permission(i.e add,modify,delete,print) or partial permissions by putting check mark on the options provided in the right tool bar.Click on the apply button to save all the modifications.Click on close button.
